All of our houses are located in the best possible places so as to be convenient for both University and the
town centre. They are decorated to an excellent standard and provide all the facilities you would expect
including TV and Internet access in all bedrooms. In addition all the homes have good-sized lounges with
satellite televisions. Don't worry about having to set anything up because Sky TV and the Internet will be
available when you move in.
Because we only have three properties to manage this enables us to pay a lot of individual attention to all of them particularly during July and August. Consequently new people will always move into extremely clean and tidy properties with working appliances. If you are a non-smoking student who wants to live in a home rather than a typical student house and are prepared to keep the property clean and tidy throughout the tenancy then it's unlikely you will find better places to live in Canterbury. Also you will only pay rent and a refundable deposit; there are no hidden fees. The vast majority of letting agents in Canterbury will charge a substantial administration fee for arranging a tenancy. You can get some idea of the standard of accommodation provided by looking at the interior photos, so please click on a house to see pictures of the rooms.
