Acacia Farm Camping Park, Rooks Bridge, Near Axbridge, Somerest	Acacia Farm is a unique rural well located 15 acre small holding, set in lovely Somerset countryside close to Axbridge. Acacia Farm touring and camping park is a family maintained 5 van CS Camping and Caravaning Friendly Club Site. They are conviently located in open countryside on the outskirts of the small village of Rooksbridge on the Somerset Levels and are 3 star acredited by Enjoy England. There is plenty to do in the area from walking, cycling, fishing, to visiting places of interest or relaxing on the beach. The popular seaside towns of Burnham on Sea and Weston Super Mare are close by as well as the beaches of Brean Down and its Leisure Park for children's entertainment. There are plenty of beautiful walks to be taken across the Mendips or Cheddar Gorge, for the cyclist the levels are ideal and very flat and there are one or two country pubs along the way. If you are keen on fishing then there are well-stocked private lakes close by as well as Blagdon Reservoir and the River Axe.
Rutland Touring Park, Park Lane, Greetham, Oakham, Rutland	We are a family run caravan and camping park (opened May 2002) situated in the heart of the county of Rutland. (affiliated Caravan Club site) Our Touring Park is adjacent to the counties of Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, and Northamptonshire so there is a very diverse range of activities within short travelling distance. From stately homes and historic buildings, to theme parks, we have them. The Rutland park location offers you the opportunity to explore England's smallest county, renowned for its picturesque villages and towns. Rutland Water is nearby with its sailing, cycling, fishing, nature reserve and many other activities.
Certificated Sites (The Camping and Caravanning Club)	The aim of this Certificated Sites web site is to eventually list all the Camping and Caravanning Club's Certificated Sites (5 van sites), together with photos, facilities, places of interest, and location maps for each site. We are keen motor caravanners, and are members of the Camping and Caravanning Club. At present there is little information on the internet about Certificated Sites, so we thought we would correct the situation. So here it is, the only web site (as far as we know) that is dedicated entirely to Certificated Sites.
Highfield Farm Touring Park, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire	A beautifully kept camping and touring park set in lovely countryside just a few miles from the vibrant city of Cambridge. The park is ideally placed for exploring historic buildings, shopping, outdoor activities, and the famous Duxford air museum. There accept touring caravans, motorhomes and tents. They have several fields so you are not "on top" of each other. Rallies are welcome, but must be booked.
Lickpenny Touring Park, Tansley, Matlock, Derbyshire	Lickpenny Touring Park is a new park, located in the heart of the Derbyshire dales and stands within 16 acres of a truly picturesque setting. This tranquil retreat is set above the village of Tansley and near to the towns of Matlock and Bakewell. The park has an extensive range of facilities, generous sized pitches, and is well placed to enable you to visit the many nearby attractions. It also has an AA three pennants award.
Red Lion Inn Caravan and Camping Park, Norton, Gloucestershire	The Red Lion Riverside Inn and Caravan and Camping Park is nestling on the banks of the River Severn. The traditional Country Inn serves a wide range of hot and cold meals, or you can just enjoy a simple drink alongside the river. During 2005 we will be able to offer brand new Caravan Holiday Homes so you can use them for holidays, and weekends all year.!! See the "holiday homes" page for more details.
Widemouth Fields, Caravan and Camping Park, Bude, Cornwall	Widemouth Fields Caravan and Camping Park, Bude, Cornwall, is set in an idyllic spot, surrounded by the cream of Cornish countryside. We are a new park so all our facilities will be new, plus all our pitches will have hardstanding and electric hook-up and there are a number of superpitches with full connections (water/drainage). The park is just a mile from the water's edge and golden sands of Widemouth Bay on the exciting North West country Coast. There is so much to see and do which is within easy travelling distance, including Devon and Cornwall, with Boscastle about 6 miles and Tintagel plus Bude, Ilfracombe, Bideford all along the coastline.
